During my six-night stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. The power outlets next to the bed didn't work unless the room light was on, which almost made me late for my conference. Lastly, the WiFi was a hassle, requiring a new login every day and indicating poor maintenance overall.

Simply no reason to complain, fine stay. Cute and clean place overall with nice and absolutely perfect location as close to the train station as it looked. Location not far from old town and shops in 20 minutes, Gare Part-Dieu by walking, and subway. Again, walking distance to F&k Bistroclub.

My stay here was really comfortable. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were excellent. The hotel was ideal and in a central location. Brotteaux tube station was 5 min away. I greatly enjoyed the room, it was modest with 2 single beds or 1 double bed.
The staff was quite rude.

The staff were genuinely helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage upon arrival. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and an excellent value for the price.
It wasn't too affordable but still within reasonable limits for what you get.

The Prestige Double room was comfy and cleaned daily, with fresh sheets. It felt spacious for a family. The bed was cozy-definitely a good sleep.
